Whamisa Deep Rich Essence Toner. This hydrating toner is my holy grail-it’s a uniquely bouncy, cushiony, and slippery texture and is formulated with Aloe Vera extract, Chrysanthemum extract and Oat Kernel to moisturize and nourish skin instantly and over time.
