Shipping policy
Inventory shortages or other fulfillment issues may cause delays. Your order is shipped using a carrier that whamisa.com has selected. Once you have completed your purchase on our online store, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Every effort is made to facilitate the delivery of your order on time and by the estimated delivery date. You will receive an email from Whamisa as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of our selected shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee a date of arrival and orders typically take 4-11 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.
Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Shipping Rates For U.S.
Once your order is received by our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. For Domestic orders less than $60 we offer flat rate $8 shipping. Domestic orders of $60 or more are shipped free of charge for standard delivery (4-11 business days) or $14 for expedited shipping (2-4 business days).
International Shipping
Right now, we are only shipping within the U.S. But stay tuned! We are working on expanding this list in the very near future. If you'd like us to prioritize your country please let us know.
Returns
Any order/product issues must be reported to cs@us.whamisa.com (with “Refund” in the subject line) within 15 business days from its delivery date. In your refund request, please include your name, order number, the product(s) and reason you would like to return it. Once the email is received, we will provide a return authorization and mailing information so you can make a return and receive a product refund. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Refund will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and we will deduct a shipping charge from the total refund.
Returns for Damaged Items or Wrong Items Sent
We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products. Please report to cs@us.whamisa.com with your name, order number, and include photos of the items received. We will happily cover return shipping fees or send a replacement for all damaged/defective or wrong items sent.
Sale & Promotional Items
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on discounted & promotional items (e.g. free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free items).
Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and report to cs@us.whamisa.com immediately.
Missing Packages
You will need to contact the Carrier first. When you call them please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If our carrier is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at cs@us.whamisa.com. We don’t replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
Cancellation
As long as the order has not shipped it can be canceled. Once your order ships we cannot make any changes. If you wish to cancel or make any urgent request, please email us at cs@us.whamisa.com as soon as possible. But please note that we cannot guarantee these cancellation requests will always be accommodated, as we process all orders as quickly as possible.
