What it does
This hydrating gel-cream boasts a light-as-water consistency and buoyant texture, formulated with natto gum, also known as vegan collagen. Natto gum is extracted from fermented soybeans and is rich in polyglutamic acid (PGA), enzymes, vitamins, and amino acids. PGA, a naturally occurring peptide found in both our skin and the gooey strings of natto, can hold moisture ten times better than hyaluronic acid, increase natural moisturizing factors, and improve elasticity. Enriched with organic rice extract and aloe vera extract in place of water, and fortified with our proprietary ‘Flower Biome Complex™’, this innovative formula soothes and brightens the skin while providing lasting hydration.

I accidentally ordered the Water Cream when I actually wanted the Nourishing Cream. I sent an email to Whamisa less than 2 hours later, since this is the only way to communicate with Whamisa. There is no phone contact and no way to speak to a live person. Several days to a week later, I got an email saying that my order had shipped but it was for the Water Cream. Clearly, the request I made for the correct product was never read. Since my order did not ship for almost a week or more, Whamusa clearly had time to change the order. I received the wrong product over a week ago and still have not had a response to my email. I am a long time customer of Whamisa but I will not order directly from them anymore because of their difficult customer service. I am not returning the product because I do not trust them to refund my purchase price or replace it with the correct item. And since there is no way to speak to anyone, I will not take a chance. I know this would not have happened if I had ordered through a third party retailer who actually monitored customer communication and therefore I will nit order from Whamisa again.
The shipment did not include any of promotional items. I reached out to customer service and they did not get back to me until I filed the complaints about customer service with whasima Korea. They said they would ship them separately and apologized malfunction of fulfillment. I still had not gotten the items. Their customer service is horrible and not reliable.

The mosturizer is light and feels refreshing on the face.
I like this cream a lot, keeps my skin hydrated and soaks in nicely with no sticky feeling. A little bit goes a long way. Like that it’s in a glass jar.
